The Torre de Canyamel will once again become the venue of the International Piano Festival this summer, which reaches its twelfth edition in 2026. The festival, established as one of Mallorca’s most distinctive piano events, will offer four concerts in an exceptional historic setting: the 13th-century defensive tower located in Capdepera.
Under the title “Great Pianists at Torre de Canyamel”, the 12th edition will take place on 20, 21, 22 and 24 July 2026 at 8:30 p.m. The programme will bring together internationally acclaimed performers from Albania, Russia, the United Kingdom and China, featuring repertoires ranging from the Baroque and Romantic periods to 20th-century music.
The festival will open on 20 July with Albanian pianist Marvin Beli, who will perform works by Shostakovich, Schumann and Scriabin. On 21 July, Russian pianist Elizaveta Velikhova will present a recital featuring works by Scarlatti, Schumann, Scriabin, Silvestrov and Chopin. On 22 July, British pianist Callum McLachlan will perform a programme including works by Gibbons, Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann, Ravel and Barber. The festival will conclude on 24 July with Chinese pianist Maiqi Wu, who will present a programme featuring works by Schubert, Debussy, Scriabin, Chopin and Ravel.
The festival is under the artistic direction of Óscar Caravaca and Dina Parakhina. The event remains faithful to the spirit that has defined it since its inception: bringing international pianistic excellence to audiences in a heritage site of outstanding beauty, where music and history naturally come together.

Tickets and Practical Information
Tickets cost €30 per concert. A season pass for all four concerts is also available for €95. Tickets can be purchased through the Ticket Ib platform and will also be available in person at the Tourist Offices of Capdepera and Cala Rajada, as well as at Torre de Canyamel itself. Seating is limited to 90 people, as the concerts take place inside the historic tower.
The festival is organised by the Torre de Canyamel Group, sponsored by Licors Moyà, and supported by the Consell de Mallorca through the Mallorca Responsible Tourism Foundation, and by the Government of the Balearic Islands through the Institute of Cultural Industries of the Balearic Islands (ICIB).
