In Torre de Canyamel we are deeply connected to our land and its profits. They have always been a fundamental part of our heritage and we seriously take care of them because we regard them as an environmental value, since it is part of our land and roots, and we regard them as a natural value because of the products we get from them and which are part of our quality cuisine.
